This book is one of the key systematic textbooks launched by Central University of Finance and Economics to promote educational and teaching reform, and it was compiled over three years by teachers from the Logic Teaching and Research Office. The guiding principle of the entire book is to focus on the content of modern logic while retaining traditional logic knowledge to construct the teaching system. The book consists of ten chapters, systematically introducing knowledge related to propositional logic, traditional term logic, modern predicate logic, modal logic, inductive reasoning and inductive methods, analogical reasoning and retracing reasoning, the basic laws of logical thinking, hypotheses and arguments, and fallacies.
