Doctor's answer:

Endometrial hyperplasia is caused by the stimulation of the endometrium by a large amount of estrogen. Due to the continuous presence and secretion of a certain amount of estrogen by the follicle, the endometrium becomes abnormally fibrotic, often presenting as cystic glandular hyperplasia. After drug treatment, patients with endometrial hyperplasia may see the inflammation of the endometrium alleviate or return to normal, and even achieve early pregnancy. However, there is still a possibility of recurrence after stopping medication or after childbirth. Even after active drug treatment, patients with endometrial hyperplasia should be closely monitored to prevent recurrence. For patients with moderate to severe atypical hyperplasia, close follow-up during treatment is necessary. If a few cases show poor response to treatment, uterine resection can be performed promptly to prevent progression to cancer.
