It is also a beneficial exploration to advance the scientific and democratic development of legislation. All relevant parties must attach great importance to this work, organize it meticulously, and ensure its smooth progress. The relevant matters are notified as follows:
1. All provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities directly under the Central Government shall be responsible for soliciting and collecting opinions from their respective national representatives, relevant departments, and units engaged in legal teaching and research. The opinions shall be summarized and submitted to the Legal Affairs Commission of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress before August 20, 2005.
2. The public in various regions may submit their opinions separately to the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress of their respective provinces, autonomous regions, or municipalities directly under the Central Government, or directly to the Legal Affairs Commission of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, or submit their opinions through the China NPC website. 3. The Legal Affairs Commission of the National People's Congress and the Legal Affairs Commission of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress will further solicit opinions from relevant departments and various circles of society.
4. Central and provincial-level newspapers, radio stations, television stations, and other media are requested to organize the publication and broadcast of articles discussing the Draft Property Law of the People's Republic of China, as well as report on the discussion and opinions.
