Does sperm have nutritional value when consumed?

Patient's question:

During the time I lived with my girlfriend, it was always very pleasant. Especially, my girlfriend was like a sexually aroused tiger, which made me a bit overwhelmed. She also liked to drink my semen, saying it's nutritious. Is semen really nutritious?

Doctor's answer:

Not much nutrition. Semen is composed of sperm and seminal plasma, with sperm accounting for about 5% and the rest being seminal plasma. Besides water, fructose, protein, and fat, it also contains various enzymes and inorganic salts. Sperm is produced by the testes as a reproductive cell, with the cell membrane removed, leaving only the nucleus containing genetic material. All of these are produced within the human body. Seminal plasma is secreted by the prostate, seminal vesicles, and bulbourethral glands. Seminal plasma contains fructose and protein, serving as nutrients for sperm. Additionally, seminal plasma also contains prostaglandins and some enzyme substances. Not much nutrition either.
