Patient's question:
Female, 32 years old, recently always feeling bloated in the lower abdomen, lower back pain, and later found a lump, so she quickly went to the hospital for a check-up. The hospital diagnosed cervical erosion. Is surgery required for cervical erosion of degree 3?Doctor's answer:
Due to the differences in pathogens, as well as the varying extent and severity of the disorder, the characteristics of leukorrhea also differ. If the inflammation is not obvious, leukorrhea is primarily a translucent mucus. If cervical erosion is accompanied by significant inflammation, leukorrhea may appear yellow, purulent, and viscous. If the inflammation is deep and covers a large area, resulting in severe erosion, the amount of leukorrhea may be increased, and occasionally it may contain a small amount of blood streaks or blood. In some cases, individual patients may also report contact bleeding.
