"Practical Handbook of Surgical Coordination" is a series of large-scale reference books, including seven volumes: "Surgical Nursing Management," "Surgical Coordination for General Surgery and Pediatric Surgery," "Surgical Coordination for Orthopedics," "Surgical Coordination for Cardiothoracic Surgery and Neurosurgery," "Surgical Coordination for Urology, Gynecology, Plastic Surgery, and Burn Surgery," "Surgical Coordination for Ophthalmology, Otolaryngology, and Maxillofacial Surgery," and "Practical Handbook of Surgical Instruments for Nurses."
The content of the entire series is comprehensive, rich, and up-to-date, reflecting the concept of holistic nursing while highlighting the characteristics of the operating room. It closely integrates basic surgeries with newly developed ones, elaborating on key points of surgical coordination in detail. The surgical steps and coordination are clear, well-organized, and standardized, fully demonstrating the advanced level of domestic surgical practices. The authors have integrated the management knowledge and professional skills that modern surgical specialty nurses must master throughout the book, striving for practicality and close alignment with clinical needs to cultivate qualified surgical specialty nurses.
With the rapid development of modern surgical disciplines, surgical procedures have undergone an epoch-making leap. Especially in the transformation of nursing management theories, models, and concepts in the operating room, as well as the introduction of market competition mechanisms, the requirements for the ideological and professional qualities of operating room nursing staff have become increasingly high. Therefore, we wrote this volume, which focuses on management.
