Features: The author of the film Swing Your Way to Grandma's Bridge and the TV series The Peony Pavilion, renowned writer Bi Feiyu presents his latest work, Corn. This book describes the different life trajectories of the three sisters—Corn, Yu Xiuyou, and Yu Yang—along with their intricate and untangling relationships. It delves into the souls of women who are restless and harboring hidden dangers within ordinary domestic scenes, revealing how power corrupts human nature in a impoverished era. In this book titled Corn, we first encounter "people," unforgettable people. The elder sister Corn is broad, like an eagle, a ruler, belonging to the daytime, with a vast wind surging within her; while Yu Xiuyou and Yu Yang belong to the night—secretive, ambiguous, a night intertwined with fear and ecstatic joy.
