This book includes the standard text of the "Interpretive Document on Several Issues of Application," as well as related documents, background materials, and legal norms for drafting and explaining the interpretive document. It particularly compiles interpretive documents and departmental rules newly issued by the Supreme People's Court and other relevant departments since the promulgation of the interpretive document, to assist judges, lawyers, and a broad readership in accurately understanding and applying this interpretive document and related legal norms.
