Features: The erhu is a nationally beloved instrument that is loved by the masses. It possesses a moving music similar to the human voice and is skilled at playing singing melodies that express people's inner emotions. Lyrical songs perfectly showcase the strengths of the erhu, but for a long time, few have seriously and completely performed these songs. This is because, in terms of concepts, many people believe that playing songs on the erhu is a superficial and minor skill, while only playing solo or concerto pieces is considered the legitimate path of study. This view is undoubtedly highly one-sided today. This collection of pieces can serve as both a popular reference for erhu enthusiasts and a supplementary teaching material for intermediate and advanced learners to practice.
