After enduring long patience, Rosas surrounded Erenden's house one night. The Erenden family was forced to embark on a journey of exile. On its way from Cuito to Batavia, the Erenden mother ship encountered a Chinese-style sailing ship abandoned and carrying many gold bars. After an unknown conspiracy, the captain and first mate escaped with the gold bars. However, when they finally reached Singapore to sell the gold bars after much hardship, all their fantasies shattered, and the result was unexpected. Near a forest in Arkansas, USA, lived the hunter John Wells and his family. To pursue his dreams, Wells left his wife and children for Texas. Over four years passed, and Wells remained missing, causing his wife Bates immense suffering from longing at home. In despair, Bates eventually married a stranger, Maval, but at that moment, the exhausted Wells returned.
