Features: Bobo is smart, highly educated, ambitious, and rises to prominence in mainstream society with wisdom and cultural capital. Self, free-spirited, and disdainful of tradition, Bobo enjoys life with a romantic and lyrical attitude, subverting conventional standards. Bobo has a bit of money and a bit of culture. Bobo seeks more money and more spiritual space. Bobo for Bobos presents a comprehensive panorama of fashionable life in Beijing: coffee tea culture, Sichuan cuisine, office institutions, Japanese cuisine + seafood, fitness centers, Western restaurants, and various trendy themes; hotspots like CBO, Shichahai, Chaoyangmen, Chongwenmen, Financial Street, Xizhimen, Parkson, 798 Art District, Fangzhuang, and Athlete's Village. From the book, you can find the most practical and convenient business life clues in Beijing. In this book, we have selected five trendy theme maps and five detailed regional maps based on the numerous themed and specialized maps meticulously created over the past year since the publication of "Beijing Bobo Map." Each map is accompanied by relevant text and illustrations for emphasis. We hope to present a glimpse of Beijing's fashionable life and provide readers with practical and effective help in navigating it.
Part of the book consists of five theme maps, including: banquets, Beijing cuisine, Sichuan cuisine, coffee tea culture, and Valentine's Day. Each theme is distinguished on the map with different colors, fonts, and icons for easy identification. The map covers the urban area of Beijing (from the third ring road to the fourth ring road), arranged in a grid of 12×10, totaling 120 regions, which can be searched in a grid sequence. Following the map is a theme index, including addresses, phone numbers, and map locations, arranged alphabetically by theme. You can find your destination on the map and then use the index to look up the phone number; alternatively, you can directly consult the index for an interesting destination and locate it based on the marked map sections for quick and easy navigation. These five beautifully designed and detailed schematic maps are both practical and collectible.
The second part features five regional maps, including: Jiefangmen Avenue, Chaoyangmen, Wangfujing, Wanglipu, and Shichahai. Similar to the main map, they are more detailed and practical, allowing for the retrieval of marked points.
The third part, "Bobo's Perspective," covers topics that Bobos are interested in, concerned about, and fond of—hotspots in their lives and culture. Although limited by space, only a small portion is covered, but each topic is introduced in depth with personal insights, not aiming for breadth or depth, but for originality and ingenuity.
