Features: A seminal work by the pioneer of Korean fantasy, Li Yuhé! Online games and movies adapted from the novel have already or are about to be introduced to China. The English version has caused a sensation in Europe and America, hailed as a classic of Eastern fantasy! The Demonic Record is considered the cornerstone of "Korean horror." It follows the struggles of four main characters—four exorcists—with different identities and backgrounds against evil forces in the human world, unfolding the plot through a series of stories. The Demonic Record is divided into 19 volumes under the title "Guosong," with each book containing a varying number of stories, some longer and some shorter. These stories are relatively independent yet interconnected. The Demonic Record not only features thrilling and exciting plots but also showcases meticulous world-building. The use of Eastern symbols such as summoning spirits, exorcising demons, samurai imagery, and supernatural mental powers constructs a unique atmosphere of horror that blends fantasy and martial arts. Although only the first three volumes—A Voice Calls You to Open Your Eyes, The Portrait Calls, and The Secret of the Kusanagi Sword—are being launched in China for the first time, the magical, martial arts, horror, suspense, and psychological analysis characteristics of Korean horror fiction are fully evident in these volumes. Additionally, the unique esoteric Buddhism and legendary tales inherent in Korean culture are also woven into this work.
