About the Authors:
Xu Ning, female. Born in March 1965, with a master's degree in literature. Currently serves as a associate researcher at the Institute of Literature, Liaoning Academy of Social Sciences, and as the deputy secretary general of the Liaoning Aesthetics Society. She is primarily engaged in research on literary theory and aesthetic culture. She has co-authored four academic works, written over 20 papers, and participated in the completion of key provincial social science foundation projects such as The History of Literature in Liaoning and Contemporary Literature and Aesthetic Culture in Liaoning. Her major representative works include On the Characteristics and Causes of Contemporary Aesthetic Culture and The Pursuit of Beauty and Human Liberation.
Li Cheng, male. Born in 1958, from Harbin, Heilongjiang Province, professor. His main research direction is ancient Chinese culture and education. Currently engaged in teaching, scientific research, and management in higher education institutions. He has participated in the national social science "Seventh Five-Year Plan" key project and the sub-project "History of Jurchen Culture" under the national social science foundation-funded project The History of Northern Chinese Ethnic Cultures in Ancient China. He has published over ten monographs and edited works such as National Cultural Integration and Jin Dynasty Literature, and authored more than 30 papers including Jin Source Culture and Its Contemporary Value, Literary Characteristics and Contributions of the Jurchen Ethnic Culture, and Harmonious Aesthetics and Its Manifestations. He has received over ten provincial and department-level scientific research awards.
