Features: This book features 16 outstanding cases written by local HR practitioners from the front line of management, covering multiple aspects such as HR planning, job analysis, talent mobility, training and development, compensation design, and performance management. The cases are presented in the form of hot topics, challenging issues, and consulting reports, divided into three parts: Upper, Middle, and Lower. In terms of case writing, the book adopts a three-part structure of "Case, Comments, and Related Knowledge Links," progressing from specific points to broader perspectives and moving from simple to complex, effectively combining empirical and theoretical elements to enhance its practicality. This case collection is suitable for HR practitioners and managers, as well as serving as supplementary reading for HR professional education and MBA teaching. In April 2003, the China Human Resource Development Network and the School of Economics and Management at Tsinghua University jointly organized the "th China Enterprise Human Resource Management Case Competition." Participants included HR professionals from frontline enterprises and those with expertise in HR research. The case competition jury was chaired by Professor Zhao Lükuan, with judges drawn from HR experts at renowned universities such as Tsinghua University, Peking University, and Renmin University of China, as well as HR experts from enterprises and senior consultants from consulting firms like Hays, Synesio, and Mercer. They wrote comments for the cases, ultimately selecting over 20 winning cases. This book features 16 of these selected cases, compiled and published for this purpose.
