Under the "embeddedness" perspective, this book, through an in-depth analysis, identifies several key characteristics of trust relationships between industrial and commercial enterprises in China at the current stage. It also explores the construction, assurance, and issues within different types of trust relationships, yielding preliminary conclusions or findings. This book proposes and validates three main characteristics of trust relationships between industrial and commercial enterprises in China at the current stage: a pluralistic trust relationship structure based on the construction of instrumental relationships, primarily concentrated in C+D, C, C+B, and C+ modes. The proportions of these four trust relationship models differ. Second, different trust relationship models have distinct operational logics, both functioning and counteracting each other's effectiveness in corporate economic activities, which is unfavorable for designing more effective assurance mechanisms. Third, in the current inter-enterprise economic activities, these four models have not yet been solidified, exhibiting a transitional nature. Amid the globalization and informatization wave, Chinese enterprises embark on an irreversible path of transformation, which will be a process filled with hardships and twists.
