Features: Sun Hongmin, born in June 1955, is from Leiting County, Hebei Province, and holds a master's degree in philosophy. He is currently the Director of the Institute of Philosophy at the Liaoning Academy of Social Sciences and a researcher. After graduating from Liaoning Provincial Experimental High School in 1972, he worked as a rural laborer, a factory worker, an administrative officer, and a journalist. In April 1985, he began working on philosophical research at the Institute of Philosophy of the Liaoning Academy of Social Sciences. He has published academic monographs and papers such as "Foresight Thinking" and "Leadership Thinking" in national and provincial journals, which have been reprinted and reviewed in publications like "Xinhua Journal" and "Renmin University of China Reproduction Materials." His 21 research achievements have received awards at national and provincial/ministerial levels. To date, he has led and completed 10 major international, national, and provincial research projects, including one funded by the Japan International Exchange Foundation, one key project under the National Social Science Planning, three general projects under the National Social Science Planning, two key projects under the Provincial Social Science Planning, and two soft science projects under the Provincial level.
