Features: The "Guidelines for Criminal Trials Series" aims to systematically organize and interpret the issues encountered in judicial practice regarding various crimes stipulated in Chapters 3, 5, 8, and 9 of the Criminal Code, supported by specific cases. The editorial philosophy is rooted in practice, emphasizing practicality, focusing on guidance, and reflecting authority. Each volume selects a specific category of crime or a particular. The content is divided into two parts: Part one analyzes and argues theoretically about the various difficult issues encountered in the judicial practice of this category of crime or a specific crime; the second part combines actual cases heard by People's Courts and their effective judgments to specifically interpret how laws and judicial interpretations should be correctly understood and applied in judicial practice. In terms of case selection, priority is given to those cases with differing opinions during the trial process, research value, and general guiding significance for judicial practice after publication. The focus is on the judicial interpretation of the cases. The so-called judicial interpretation here does not repeat the reasoning section of judgment documents, nor is it primarily academic discussion. Instead, it involves reprocessing the correct judgments made by courts at various levels in handling specific cases regarding substantive and procedural issues such as the determination of facts, evidence, application of laws, judicial interpretations, and sentencing. It aims to provide authoritative, clear, specific, and in-depth elaborations in a theory-practice integrated manner, striving to reflect the thorough consideration and unique insights of judges at various levels when applying general legal provisions to specific cases. We believe that the "Guidelines for Criminal Trials Series" will serve as a guide for those engaged in criminal judicial work and also provide reference value for those involved in theoretical research and teaching of criminal law.
