Features: The National English Proficiency Test (PETS), launched by the Ministry of Education's Examination Center, is divided into two parts: written and oral. Both are equally important. Furthermore, whether it is the written or oral test, PETS emphasizes the assessment of language communicative competence in its design principles. This book is completely based on the newly published examination syllabus and sample papers by the Education Examination Center. By simulating a real examination environment, it aims to help PETS candidates comprehensively improve their English speaking, communication, and test-taking skills, enabling them to pass the English test with ease. According to the latest examination syllabus, each oral test involves two examiners and two candidates. However, when the number of candidates at a test center is odd, the last group of candidates should consist of three. To ensure candidates can perform confidently in both two-candidate and three-candidate test scenarios, the book includes ten full-simulation test papers, with the first nine following the standard two-candidate format and the tenth designed for a three-candidate scenario. It is important to note that the scenarios and response phrases provided in the test papers are not the only options. The way questions are asked and answered may vary from person to person, and scenarios can be even more unpredictable. Therefore, readers should not rigidly adhere to the book's content but instead approach it flexibly.
