Second, it places greater emphasis on summarizing the legal experiences of modern and developed countries, with the content of modern and contemporary law accounting for more than two-thirds of the total volume. Many chapters cover the new developments in law from the late 1990s to the early 21st century. Third, it adds several sidebars and illustrations to explain some important and complex issues in a concise and clear manner, making it easier for readers to grasp key knowledge points.
