Features: In January 2005, the Ministry of Education issued the New "Revised Syllabus for Admissions Examinations of Adult Colleges and Universities (Senior High School Entrance for Bachelor's and Associate Degree Programs)." The new syllabus has been adjusted and added or removed relevant assessment knowledge points based on the original syllabus. In response to the requests of a large number of candidates and adult college entrance examination tutoring teachers, Peking University Yan Yuan invited experts and professors from several well-known schools in Beijing with years of teaching experience at the forefront of education and who have participated in the and grading work of related subjects to conduct in-depth research and summarization of the Ministry of Education's new syllabus, examination guidelines, and recent examination questions. They then compiled this set of examination guidance books to accompany the new syllabus. Each book includes sections such as "Examination Key Points," "Content Explanation," "Analysis of Key and Difficult Questions," "Historical Examination Questions," "Synchronous Training," and "Reference Answers." The National Examination for Admissions to Adult Colleges and Universities for senior high school graduates seeking associate or bachelor's degrees is divided into arts and science subjects. In addition to taking the required unified examination subjects, institutions of higher learning may independently determine whether to require candidates to take an additional examination subject based on professional requirements. The unified examination subjects for senior high school graduates seeking bachelor's degrees are set according to disciplinary categories, not by source categories. Except for the civil law questions for the senior-to-bachelor's examination, which are set by the Ministry of Justice, all other questions are uniformly set by the Ministry of Education. The unified examination for senior-to-bachelor's degree candidates includes public courses (politics, foreign languages) and professional foundation courses. Senior high school candidates take three main subjects: Chinese, mathematics, and foreign languages. Candidates for liberal arts and science bachelor's degrees must take additional comprehensive subjects such as history and geography, while candidates for science and engineering bachelor's degrees must take additional comprehensive subjects such as physics and chemistry. The reform of the adult college entrance examination has raised the requirements for candidates' quality, and the difficulty of the examination has accordingly increased. We hope it will help a large number of candidates achieve excellent results. Each book in this series is accompanied by a standardized pre-test paper and a set of recent examination questions, reflecting our philosophy of providing comprehensive services to candidates.
