Features: Currently, many majors in colleges and universities, whether in economics, public relations, or even management, have set up the course "Negotiation Studies." This indicates that negotiation is becoming an indispensable part of modern social life, and an increasing number of people are exploring this social phenomenon and its developmental patterns. Based on years of teaching this course, we have organized our own relatively satisfactory approach. Following this approach, we have minimized the specific cases in the teaching materials and thus compiled this book presented to the readers. At least in terms of case usage in classroom teaching, we leave it to the instructors to choose and continuously update it to keep pace with the times. There are indeed many textbooks on negotiation available now, but most of them are still limited to business negotiation. It must be acknowledged that economic negotiation is a common phenomenon in social life, yet the existence of a large number of political, diplomatic, military, and other negotiations also makes us feel the necessity and responsibility to seek more universal content.
