Features: Based on the Judicial Examination Legal Regulations Annotated (2004 Edition), this book adds new important regulations and judicial interpretations, helping candidates preparing for the 2005 National Judicial Examination to make thorough preparations in advance. The Judicial Examination primarily tests legal provisions, with the focus mainly on important provisions of key laws and judicial interpretations. This has become a common understanding among candidates. One of the features of this book is the organization of all judicial examination questions from 1990 to 2004 (including the Legal Professional Qualification Examination), appending question numbers to the relevant provisions based on the examination points. One purpose of this approach is to allow readers to intuitively understand which legal or judicial interpretation provisions are frequently tested and which are rarely addressed. This helps in efficiently allocating time and effort, achieving better results. Another purpose is to deepen readers' understanding of legal provisions by reviewing past examination questions. Some questions may appear different on the surface but actually test the same knowledge point from different angles, while others may even be nearly identical. To a certain extent, reviewing past examination questions reduces the need for excessive practice tests. It is worth noting that we have also published Annotated Solutions to Past Judicial Examination Questions (1994-2004), which provides detailed answers to the past 10 years of examination questions based on current laws and judicial interpretations, organized by year and paper. These books can be used together for more effective study.
Different provisions of a single law, laws from different departments, or laws within the same legal system are not isolated but interconnected. As the difficulty of the Judicial Examination increases, comprehensive questions spanning different provisions, chapters, and laws are becoming more common. Developing the ability to integrate and connect knowledge across different areas is crucial in studying. Another feature of this book is the supplementary annotations for key laws and judicial interpretations, ensuring the completeness of provisions while linking related laws and knowledge points together.
