Features: It is evident that "finance and economics law" is not a highly standardized concept, but using this term serves the same purpose as using "finance and economics jurisprudence." We hope to use this banner to present this "legal review" to readers, not only incorporating various achievements from academia and practice but also breaking down the seemingly insurmountable barriers between disciplines. The editorial concept aims to holistically reflect the intersection and complementarity of economics and law, as well as the integration of theoretical research and practical application. This book continues to uphold the editorial philosophy of combining theoretical research and practical discussions, as well as the intersection and complementarity of economics and law. It addresses pressing issues in China's finance and economics sector from different professional fields and perspectives. The book contains approximately 350,000 words and is divided into several sections, including [Special Articles], [Commentaries], [Financial Regulation], [Taxation and Finance Law], [Market Regulation], [WTO Special Topics], [Lessons from Others], [Legislation Watch], and [Academic Perspectives].
The [Special Articles] section includes a speech by Professor Jiang Ping titled "The Revision and Improvement of the Company Law," delivered on March 27, 2004, at the Beijing University of Finance and Economics. The [Commentaries] section features articles co-authored by Professor Wang Guangqian, President of the Beijing University of Finance and Economics and a renowned finance expert, and Associate Professor Zeng Xiaqing, Deputy Director of the Institute of Taxation, Finance, and Law at the Beijing University of Finance and Economics, titled "On the Comprehensive Coordination of Monetary Policy and Financial Regulation," as well as an article by Professor He Shan titled "Key Issues in the Formulation of the Civil Code." The [Financial Regulation], [Taxation and Finance Law], [Market Regulation], and [WTO Special Topics] sections include articles by legal professionals and economists from relevant disciplines, exploring the institutional improvements in the field of finance and economics from different academic backgrounds.
The [Lessons from Others] section features articles focused on comparative studies. The [Legislation Watch] section includes articles that provide case-based legal analysis, offering positive reflection and reference for adjusting and regulating China's current economic order. The [Academic Perspectives] section is excerpt-based, selecting and summarizing recent academic articles by well-known scholars to broaden the review's academic scope and enrich its informational content.
