The book "Liu Yonghao" mainly introduces the extraordinary journey of Liu Yonghao, who seized opportunities and rose rapidly to become the first tycoon on the mainland by leveraging the wind of reform. Liu Yonghao was born in Chengdu, Sichuan, in September 1951. In 1982, Liu Yonghao and his three brothers quit their jobs, starting their entrepreneurship with 10,000 yuan they had raised. By 1988, they had accumulated 100 million yuan. In 1992, they registered Hope Group. On the 2001 Forbes list of individual wealth, the Liu brothers ranked first with 8 billion yuan in personal wealth, becoming the richest in the mainland.
