Features: By a stroke of luck, I became involved in the fashion media industry. I have always kept a distance from dazzling celebrities, but suddenly got close to them, even shoulder-to-shoulder, sharing drinks and conversations. Even seeing a cover star from my own magazine would bring some excitement. People say distance creates beauty. I remember in college, during a photojournalism class, the teacher criticized Li Moran's "orange peel" close-up with indignation, "It's not very clear to look at." Readers need "zero distance," but when it truly becomes zero distance, there's a sense of loss and awkwardness. So I remind myself, "Celebrities are also human." This little book collects mostly the behind-the-scenes lives of celebrities published in Shanghai Wednesday. Without the glamorous outfits and spotlight, they seem more "clear" to see. The handsome and beautiful ones share their stories (whether it's reasonable or not is unclear, but it seems it never goes wrong). Topics include skincare and beauty, fitness and shaping, fashion and accessories, home and pets—various and numerous, with personal insights attached. Some say, "Life is originally simple," while others claim, "Sexiness comes from within." Just when you thought you were seeing things clearly, you seem to get confused again. Excessive packaging is frustrating, but completely shedding the "skin" isn't appealing either. So, we turn to the cover stars of Cover, and use fashion concepts to cover them again—everyone's happy.
