Features: The new curriculum focuses on awakening, developing, and enhancing students' potential to promote their independent growth; emphasizes students' holistic development, fostering harmonious progress in cognitive, emotional, attitudinal, and skill dimensions; pays attention to students' life world and unique needs to encourage distinctive development; and addresses students' lifelong learning aspirations and the formation of their abilities to promote sustainable development. How to implement quality education in classroom teaching and genuinely improve students' competencies through education is a question of concern and exploration for the entire education community and society. Facing the new curriculum, we must learn to utilize new learning methods—autonomous learning, collaborative learning, and inquiry-based learning. To this end, we have organized renowned curriculum developers and frontline senior teachers from key secondary schools across the country to write this series of books based on the new textbook, striving to integrate the three learning methods mentioned above. In terms of section design, the entire series prioritizes exercises with supplementary explanations. Exercises focus on individual lessons, while explanations center on units, primarily reflecting a progressive approach. Departing from the outdated appearance of traditional synchronous teaching aids, this series is both aligned with synchronous teaching and tailored to the requirements of the new college entrance examination. It emphasizes not only mastering foundational knowledge through synchronous learning but also guiding thinking methods, with a stronger focus on cultivating students' abilities to analyze and solve problems. The content and chapter structure of the series fully align with the new textbook, strictly synchronized with lessons, and features carefully selected unit exercises and unit ability tests with moderate difficulty. Together with midterm and final exams, they form a three-tier testing system that meets the new curriculum standards and the principles of quality education, enabling students to conduct time-efficient and comprehensive training from multiple perspectives, truly achieving the goal of improving overall quality.
