The directory of local regulations and local government rules filed with the State Council follows the administrative division order approved by the State Council in 1987. For administrative regions with more than two items filed, they are arranged in chronological order of promulgation.
4. This compilation is published in twelve issues annually, with one issue per month. This issue is the issue for the year 2005, including 2 laws and decisions on legal issues, 4 administrative regulations, 2 regulatory documents, 48 departmental rules filed with the State Council, and 3 judicial interpretations published within December 2004. It also includes supplementary content: 2 regulatory documents and 3 judicial interpretations published in November 2004, and 3 regulatory documents and 3 judicial interpretations published from October to November 2004. In total, 67 items are included.
