Eat a balanced diet of grains, meat, fruits, and vegetables, ensuring not to overindulge, as this may harm your health. 'Food is the foundation of the people,' as the saying goes. Diet is the cornerstone of human survival. The variety and quality of food are closely related to human health, and throughout history, people have always been concerned about dietary health. With the improvement of living standards, people pay attention to the nutrition, taste, and color of food, but often overlook the taboos and incompatibilities of food. Long-term improper dietary combinations can lead to food incompatibilities and harm health. To improve people's quality of life and reduce diseases caused by diet, we strengthen dietary therapy to prevent illness. We have referenced multiple classic texts and summarized life experiences to compile Family Dietary Taboos, which includes vegetables, fruits, grains, meat and eggs, aquatic products, and seasonings. Some content recorded in ancient books may lack modern scientific basis, but to comprehensively reflect the dietary taboos of ancient times, they are listed here for reference only.
