Han Baoyu (1955–), a native of Qishan County, Shaanxi Province, is the Director of the Modern Chinese Language Teaching and Research Section and an Associate Professor at the School of Liberal Arts, Shaanxi Normal University. He is a member of the Council of the Modern Chinese Language Society of Higher Normal Universities in China. He has written works such as Language and the World of Human Meaning.
