This biography uses detailed historical records to narrate the life's journey of the late Zhu in the cause of medical education, particularly his leadership in leading his students on a long and arduous journey to Geling Mountain in Chongqing during the War of Resistance, enduring hardships to continue cultivating medical talents. The glorious achievements of National Shanghai Medical College are inseparable from the educational of "serving the people" and "eradicating suffering for the people," as well as Zhu's spirit of hard work and unwavering determination. His contributions are undeniable. Many of the historical materials in this book are little-known, making it a rare biography and a valuable text for patriotic education.
