As the child grows up and makes their own friends, they might feel a generation gap with their mother, and their actions may not be understood by her. The child's pursuits, life philosophy, and ideals are often not recognized by the mother! But no one can deny that a mother's love for her child is deep and genuine. In the hearts of each of us, there isn't a single open space, but rather many locked rooms, and even the smallest child is no exception. Throughout life, we encounter countless people, many of whom have entered our hearts, but none have been able to open all the locked rooms, not even for a moment. When we recall our childhood and teenage years, many people and events may have become hazy, but only the mother's advice echoes vividly in our ears.
My husband has compiled his years of insights into the heart into a book, which led to the creation of Father's Reminders. This inspired me to write a similar book from the mother's perspective—a companion piece, a small handbook designed to serve as a bridge for emotional connection and elevating love between mothers and children. Thus, Mother's Advice was born.
In this little book, I share 60 truths about life with my child, covering aspects such as life, happiness, career, love, and setbacks. These are not just for my child; they should belong to all parents and children. May they serve as a universal key to unlock all the locked rooms in a child's heart.
