Though thousands of miles apart, Fischet and Cohen shared a tacit understanding to prevent Luman's schemes from succeeding. With no other choice, Luman led his army to attack the Dark Province. As the troops approached the city, Luman directly threatened Cohen with Fischet's life. Driven by friendship and honor, Fischet bravely sacrificed himself to strengthen Cohen's resolve. Fischet's death deeply shocked Cohen, and under Cohen's furious assault, Luman's army was utterly defeated. However, Cohen's personality also fractured, leading him to commit a series of near-mad actions, including going on a solo mission to assassinate senior officials of Luman's faction.
