Features: To meet the needs of rural market trade and the purchase and sale of timber by farmers, this book provides 4176 data points for the volume of primary timber within 2 meters, as specified in the national standard supplements. Additionally, it introduces the volume data of primary timber ranging from 2 to 13 meters internationally to a broad readership. The calculation formula in this book is: V = 0.8L(D + 0.5L)^2 ÷ 1000. The volume of a single piece of timber is derived using the formula 0.8L(D + 0.5L)^2 ÷ 10000. To ensure greater accuracy, all volume data are retained to four decimal places. For timber volumes of less than 10 pieces, the data can be directly obtained from this table. For whole tens of pieces (e.g., 10, 20, 30), first find the corresponding volume data for 1, 2, and 3 pieces, then shift the decimal point one place to the right to obtain the result. For timber volumes of 10 or more pieces with additional single-digit pieces, first determine the volume of the whole tens of pieces as described above, then add the volume of the single-digit pieces. To facilitate user convenience, the international volume table for primary timber ranging from 2 to 13 meters is listed as Appendix I, and the cumulative volume table for fir timber is listed as Appendix II for reference.
