Features: Advertising posters are media for conveying information and are a product of the development of the commodity economy. It can be said that since its birth, it has been inseparably linked with economic development. On one hand, its design techniques and concepts are closely related to the level of industrial civilization and the changes in the awareness of each country. On the other hand, it is also influenced by national culture and awareness. French design is often as casual, romantic, and full of vitality as the temperament of the French nation; Swiss style is simple, pure, and rigorous, often leaving people in awe with the exquisite interplay of text and graphics; Italian design is known for its novelty, simplicity, and perfection; while American works are very modern and have a strong commercial atmosphere. From the works exhibited at the Paris International Advertising Poster Salon shown here, the works of Israel and South Korea are eye-catching. While the works of Eastern European countries such as the Soviet Union and Poland may have individual pieces that can rival those of Western Europe, overall, they have not made breakthrough developments compared to the water preparation we knew in the 1950s and 1960s from a new perspective on design concepts. Starting from new design concepts, the techniques and forms of advertising posters have developed to a great extent, and new fields are being continuously explored. In terms of poster advertising, although it cannot be separated from the design expression form of two-dimensional space, designers can still find a space to showcase their talents within these fixed constraints.
