Features: This collection of reports is a continuation of the 2002 annual research report series, reflecting the proactive and in-depth thinking of financial workers in the context of continuous deepening reforms. The 52 articles included in this book are outstanding contributions from a large number of cadres in the Liaoning Province financial system, serving as a microcosm of the research activities conducted in the province. Many of the articles closely address hot and challenging issues in financial and economic work, offering in-depth analysis with strong relevance and practical applicability. Some of the findings have already been incorporated into relevant policies and reform plans, playing a positive role. Additionally, several articles, grounded in the realities of financial work, further elevate their discussion to a theoretical level, providing direction and expanding perspectives for the future smooth conduct of financial work, with significant practical implications. This book was compiled and edited by Wang Zhenyu, Lian Jiaming, Wang Dongwei, Ren Dongmei, and Zhang Ji, and was ultimately reviewed and approved by Yan Wei, Deputy Director of the Liaoning Provincial Department of Finance. During the editing process, the book benefited from the meticulous guidance of the Liaoning Provincial Department of Finance Party Committee, led by Bing Zhigang, as well as strong support from various departments within the department, local finance bureaus across the province, and Economic Science Press.
