In dreams, I have walked through mountains and rivers.

Features: Writing articles was originally out of interest, but as I kept writing, I accumulated quite a few. It's like hoarding Chinese cabbage—picking up one or two at a time, only to find that my cellar is filled to the brim. Encouraged by friends, I selected my favorite pieces to compile an unsatisfactory collection. One reason is for my own enjoyment, and the other is to entertain my fellow enthusiasts. I don’t claim to have the qualifications to write a preface, so I’ll list my experiences below as an explanation for curious friends. Sa Su, whose real name is Gong Yun, was born in Beijing, is passionate about literature and history, and has worked as a journalist. He studied at the School of Information Management at Beijing Normal University for his university degree. In 2000, he went to Japan and worked as an engineer in the Japan division of AT&T. In 2001, he returned to the United States and joined General Electric as a project manager in Japan. Currently, he lives in Itami, Japan, with his Japanese wife. Several years ago, I wrote a short poem, which fits well as the beginning of this collection.
A young man with lofty dreams,
Riding alone through autumn’s streams,
With a golden sword in hand,
He cuts down the enemy’s head.
