The famous saying "Life lies in motion" is widely attributed to the French Enlightenment writer Voltaire, as stated in many domestic reference books, dating back three hundred years. However, internationally, it is often credited to the ancient Greek philosopher Aristotle, who first coined the phrase over two thousand three hundred years ago. Since the author frequently lectures both domestically and internationally on this global saying, they have often been troubled by its exact origin.
During in-depth research into the theories and practical issues surrounding "Life lies in motion," the author discovered that "Life lies in motion because motion must first strengthen the brain before it can strengthen the body." The universe, the Milky Way, the solar system, the Earth, life, and humanity all came into being through motion, as motion is broadly defined—it can be so vast that it defies imagination.
Narrow motion, narrow motion, is what pertains to sports competitions and fitness exercises. Since studying competitions and fitness are the author's work, they embarked on a new exploration and research along the path of "Life lies in motion." Movement for Brain Health is the result of deep research into the deeper layers of this saying. The author sincerely hopes to throw out this "brick" to inspire many "jade" contributions.
