Features: When writing this book, we adopted a pattern similar to our previous works, which is to explain the framework of resilience while using examples to validate our theories. We described the main characteristics of resilience and listed specific perspectives and strategies to guide people in consciously cultivating resilience. Moreover, we examined the various obstacles that might be encountered in achieving this goal. Additionally, we designed some questions and exercises for readers to construct the resilience and positive lifestyle we advocate while contemplating the underlying principles. At the end of the book, we have included two appendices. In this book, you will read about many individuals, some of whom are clients we have helped in clinical practice, and others are people we have talked to or who have shared their personal experiences through letters. Some stories also incorporate our own experiences, and all the examples reflect the real-life situations of these individuals.
