Features: A wide variety of vegetables, affordable and high quality. Due to the differences in types and varieties, the nutritional content varies. We typically classify vegetables into green leafy vegetables, root and tuber vegetables, solanaceous vegetables, legume vegetables, and flower and bud vegetables. Generally, green leafy vegetables are rich in vitamins and inorganic salts, root and tuber vegetables contain more amino acids and trace elements, legume vegetables are high in protein and vitamins, and solanaceous vegetables are rich in fat and carbohydrates. Therefore, it is necessary to choose and combine vegetables according to their varieties to meet the body's needs for various vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and other components, thereby promoting health. In fact, as early as two thousand years ago, our ancestors proposed a balanced dietary structure: "Five grains as nourishment, five fruits as assistance, five meats as benefits, five vegetables as supplementation, and combining their flavors to consume them for tonifying the body and boosting energy." Here, "five vegetables" refers to all vegetables. As a major side dish, vegetables play a crucial role in the diet, enriching the table, balancing meals, preventing diseases, enhancing health, and promoting children's growth and development, making their contribution irreplaceable.
