Features: A university student, merely because of a few words exchanged during a card game, cruelly murdered four classmates who had argued with him. Ma Jiajue's actions were shocking. This incident once again raised public awareness of mental illness and concern for mental health issues. Yes, in modern society, mental illness has become a serious threat to people's physical and mental health, and has developed into an increasingly prominent social problem. Mental illness and mental health issues should receive attention from the entire society. Many tragedies occur not because of the low level of treatment for mental illness, but because people are constrained by traditional concepts and ignorant of mental illness, preventing them from taking it seriously or facing it head-on. They dare not admit "I have a disease" and fail to seek consultation and treatment early, ultimately leading to tragedies. In this book, the author will unreservedly share his experiences and insights over the past decade with readers. It is hoped that this will help raise public awareness of mental illness, and also serve as a starting point to inspire further discussion and exploration with peers in the field, jointly promoting the development of psychological counseling work.
