Features: "Dancing with 'Lang'—Duel in Los Angeles" is undoubtedly a high-quality modern realistic novel. As its name suggests, it is highly visual and soulful, like a dance battle between two master dancers. They retreat and advance, turn their heads while sending shoulders, sway their waists, let their skirts flutter, with a fast rhythm and rich rhyme, dazzling and captivating. The book takes business warfare as the main plot and emotions as the secondary, telling the story of two men competing and struggling in both the business and emotional arenas. The twists and turns of the business world, the loves and hates of men and women, the intertwining of loyalty and betrayal, all showcase the nobility and vulgarity of character. The plot of the entire book is full of ups and downs, gripping and thrilling. Meng Jin, who has struggled from a rural area in mainland China to Los Angeles, USA, has already become a successful entrepreneur. His former friend Zhu Xin, who had once shown him favor, returns to the United States and the two open a travel agency together. The cunning and ever-changing nature of the business world mixed with the hidden struggles of emotions. The refined and steady Meng Jin, caught between his wife Xie Guifang and his dream lover An Zimu, is in a state of confusion and exhaustion. A series of carefully set traps push him to the brink of bankruptcy, while the charming and carefree Zhu Xin, surrounded by beauties like He Manyu and Nancy, thrives and feels at ease, yet falls deeply in love with An Zimu at first sight. In this invisible war without smoke, who is the true winner? Where will the charming beauty An Zimu ultimately place her affections? This book is the first to turn its gaze toward the Chinese living in mainstream American society. The cultural and social background of Greater Los Angeles, the luxurious and exquisite living scenes, the realistic portrayal of American law, the tense and winding plot, and the brilliant and soulful language make it an extremely enjoyable read, leaving readers reluctant to put it down.
