Features: Regarding physics education issues, in fact, our country has accumulated a considerable amount of experience in teaching research. However, in the field of physics curriculum research, there are still significant shortcomings in both theoretical understanding and practical implementation. This is basically a consensus among current physics researchers. Nevertheless, in physics education research, there is another very important issue, which is the integration of educational theory with physics teaching. Educational theory is far from being obsolete. Against the backdrop of China's educational transformation, there is an urgent need to use educational theoretical ideas to guide the teaching research of specific disciplines. Of course, this also places new and higher demands on educational theory. How to conduct systematic research on physics education from the perspective of educational theory, combined with specific teaching issues, has been a topic I have been reflecting on and will focus on in the near future. This book is only the preliminary outcome of such reflections. It is not yet perfect, but it has formed a framework and an initial outline of a research approach. Specifically, it takes the ongoing curriculum reform movement as the background and vehicle, focuses on secondary school physics education practice as the research subject, and establishes a relatively systematic educational theory system for secondary school physics from the perspective of fundamental educational theory. It views the learning of teachers and students in schools as a form of life activity and seeks to explore its unique meaning.
