The plot summary: A girl named Clara celebrates Christmas at home with many gifts, including an old German nutcracker that can bite through shells with its huge teeth. At night, mouse soldiers invade the house, and various toys rally to fight, with the battle between the nutcracker and the Mouse King being particularly fierce. The nutcracker transforms into a handsome prince, inviting her to the Kingdom of (Candyland) for a visit, where she is warmly welcomed by the Candy Fairies. The people there dance various dances to greet the guests. The entire collection includes eight familiar pieces of music. The adapted sheet music is suitable for young learners of the piano and can also be used as performance pieces for adult learners.
