Features: Mi Chunmao, male, Han nationality, born in Fanjiafang Village, Baizhou, Hebei Province in 1938. Currently working at the Cangzhou Municipal Federation of Literary and Art Circles, he is a first-class art master, a member of the China Artists Association, and a master of arts and crafts. He has studied Chinese painting under teachers such as Sun Qifeng, Xiao Lang, and Liang Qi; learned colored clay sculpture from Zhang Ming of the "Niren Zhang" school; and studied sculpture under Wang Zhijiang. Through long-term artistic practice, he has developed his own artistic style. He has participated in many domestic and international exhibitions and won numerous awards. In Hebei Province's awards, he received two Revitalization Awards, three First-Class Awards, and three Special Awards. His representative works include:
1. 《》won the Gold Medal Award at the China-Japan Chinese Painting Joint Exhibition.
2. 《》won the Second Prize at the Fourth National New Year Painting Competition.
3. 《》won the Second Prize at the Fifth National New Year Painting Competition.
4. 《》won the Bronze Medal Award at the Seventh National Fine Arts Works Exhibition.
5. 《》won the Bronze Medal Award at the Third National New Year Painting Competition.
6. 《》won the Bronze Medal Award at China's Four Seasons Beauty Exhibition.
A large number of his works have been published domestically and internationally. In 1991, he published 《Mi Chunmao Painting Collection》 in Hong Kong; in 1994, he published 《New Works of Mi Chunmao》 in Hong Kong; and in 1989, he published 《How to Paint Small Animals》 in the Chinese Painting Self-Learning Series. Works by him are collected by institutions such as the Great Hall of the People, Zhongnanhai, the Chinese Painting Research Institute, the New Fourth Army Memorial Hall, and the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference.
