Features: As one of the legal series textbooks for vocational and technical colleges, this book has been widely loved and supported by readers since its publication. After the revision and re-publication in 2003, China has made significant progress in legal system construction, and relevant systems have been continuously supplemented and improved. To facilitate the learning and reading of readers, based on the previous revision, we have made another substantial revision to the textbook. The focus of this revision is to introduce the case teaching method more broadly and deeply into the textbook. We have inserted a sufficient number of reference cases in the main text of each chapter, combining the explanation of knowledge points with vivid case analysis to deepen readers' understanding of knowledge points and legal provisions, as well as to train their critical thinking and problem-solving skills. These cases are carefully designed by the revisers around important and challenging knowledge points, with a large portion extracted from real-life scenarios and transformed into legal language. In addition to inserting reference cases in the main text, this revision has also made the following improvements: , At the beginning of each chapter, we still use a case to introduce the main text, but we do not immediately provide the answer to the case. The purpose of this is to allow readers to find the answer through their own learning during the reading process. After the main text, we provide an analysis of the introductory case in the "Case Analysis" section, allowing readers to compare their own analysis. Additionally, we have updated some introductory cases from the previous edition. Second, in the post-lesson exercises section, we have added new types of questions, including term definitions and case analysis questions. Through these exercises, we hope to help readers achieve the effect of strengthening memory and deepening understanding. Third, since the Supreme People's Court provided detailed interpretations on the application of technology contracts and construction contracts in 2004, this revision has also made significant modifications to the main text of the chapters on technology contracts and construction contracts. For other chapters, we have only made minor changes to the main text.
