The first print run of 3,000 copies was quickly sold out. In 2003, the author led the revision of the textbook, and the same year, it was renamed "Introduction to Private International Law" (Series of Textbooks for Humanities in Higher Education) and published by China Legal Publishing House. In 2004, it was reprinted for the second time according to needs, and it was also completely sold out, becoming one of the most influential private international law textbooks in China. After discussions with China Legal Publishing House, in 2005, the author led the revision again and published "Introduction to Private International Law (Second Edition)." After several revisions and updates, the content of this book has become more substantial, the structure more rational, and it better aligns with teaching principles and facilitates student comprehension. It has now become a mature textbook that has been tested in practice, and we warmly welcome its use.
