The textbook is divided into three parts and consists of fourteen chapters, covering important legal regulations in the construction industry that are common across various industries. The main content includes: the procedures for investment and construction entities to enter construction, market access for construction entities, the qualifications of enterprises for business and the qualifications of practicing personnel, the subcontracting, contracting, and bidding of engineering projects, the establishment and performance of construction contracts, and the regulations for construction entities in key construction activities such as surveying, design, supervision, construction, and environmental protection. Additionally, it covers claims and legal liability in construction disputes. In the compilation of this textbook, we have taken into account the learning needs of both legal and non-legal professionals, enabling readers to master both construction-related knowledge and legal knowledge. To facilitate collaborative study and research on legal issues in the construction field, each chapter is structured with fundamental legal theories as a foundation, focusing on major legal issues in construction, and includes a chapter introduction and review questions as a conclusion. We hope this textbook will help enhance readers' ability to apply construction law knowledge.
