Features: The 15th session of the Standing Committee of the 10th National People's Congressed and passed the "Civil Servant Law of the People's Republic of China." This is the first law in the field of cadres and personnel affairs in our country, and it is the basic law for implementing the civil service system. This is a major event in the development of democracy and the rule of law in our country, a significant reform in the cadres and personnel system, and an important part of political system reform. It marks the advancement of the civil service system in our country onto a track of legalization, standardization, and scientific development, filling a gap in our legal system andthe reform of the cadres and personnel system and the progress of democratic political construction. To helplearn and implement the spirit and essence of the Civil Servant Law, we organized the writing of this "Civil Servant Law Learning Q&A." During the writing process, we referred to some research findings on the civil service system and received help from many peers and expert scholars.
