Features: So far, there are relatively few studies on China's real estate market from the perspective of non-equilibrium theory, using the viewpoints and methods of non-equilibrium theory. Particularly, there is a lack of quantitative and practically relevant research on the operational patterns, regulatory mechanisms, and the non-equilibrium issues of total supply and demand structure of the real estate market under non-equilibrium conditions, as well as the macro-control measures for the real estate market under such conditions. Since China's real estate economy has always exhibited significant non-equilibrium characteristics, whether under the traditional economic system or since the reform and opening-up, absorbing the theoretical achievements of modern Western economics, including non-equilibrium theory, and learning from its normative research methods, with a focus on the realities of China's real estate market, conducting theoretical and empirical research on the non-equilibrium operation of China's current real estate market based on a judgment and analysis of its non-equilibrium status is a highly valuable topic. This book presents a new research perspective, using the theory, viewpoints, and methods of non-equilibrium to study the non-equilibrium operation and macro-control issues of China's real estate market. With the non-equilibrium operation analysis of China's real estate market as the main thread, guided by non-equilibrium theory and methods as well as market supply and demand theory, it employs a research method that combines qualitative and quantitative analysis, theory and practice, normative analysis and empirical research, as well as equilibrium and non-equilibrium analysis, to reveal the current status, causes, and explore the theoretical and methodological approaches for regulating the real estate market under non-equilibrium conditions. We believe that this research will, to some extent, enrich the theory, research methods, and practices of China's real estate economy, holding significant practical implications.
