Features: Finance is the core of the modern socio-economy. In the process of economic globalization and financial integration, paying attention to the ever-changing developments in the financial sectors of various countries, conducting in-depth research on the financial laws of one's own country, and comparing and analyzing the differences in the financial legal systems of major developed countries in the world are more important than ever before. Since China's entry into the WTO, it has attracted worldwide attention due to its sustained economic growth, innovative financial activities, and rapid evolution of financial regulations. Since the promulgation of financial laws and regulations such as the People's Republic of China Law of the People's Bank of China (1995), the People's Republic of China Commercial Bank Law (1995), the People's Republic of China Bill of Exchange Law (1995), the People's Republic of China Insurance Law (1995), the People's Republic of China Foreign Exchange Administration Regulations (1996), the People's Republic of China Securities Law (1998), the Provisional Regulations on the Administration of Futures Trading (1999), the People's Republic of China Administration Regulations on the Renminbi (2000), the People's Republic of China Trust Law (2001), the People's Republic of China Fund Law (2003), the People's Republic of China Banking Regulatory Law (2003), and the Provisional Measures for the Administration of Derivative Product Trading Business by Financial Institutions (2004), China has established a relatively complete financial legal and regulatory system. This has played a key role in promoting the modernization of China's financial industry and driving the country's economic development. In recent years, the state has amended some important financial laws and regulations, such as the People's Republic of China Insurance Law (2002 revision), the People's Republic of China Law of the People's Bank of China (2003 revision), the People's Republic of China Commercial Bank Law (2003 revision), the People's Republic of China Bill of Exchange Law (2004 revision), and the People's Republic of China Securities Law (2004 revision), making China's financial laws and regulations more aligned with the trends of financial reform and economic development. The purpose of writing this book is to comprehensively reflect the latest developments in China's financial reform and the development of financial law. Based on the explanation of the fundamental principles of financial law, it combines theory with practice, focusing not only on the study of domestic financial legislation but also on the experiences of advanced countries in international financial legislation. It also analyzes and draws lessons from these practices. This book has two distinct features: First, it has a complete structure and comprehensive content. The book covers topics such as financial organization law, banking business law, currency management law, bill of exchange law, securities law, financial derivatives law, trust law, investment fund law, and insurance law, providing a relatively complete explanation of the fundamental principles and specific content of financial law. Second, it highlights key points and presents up-to-date information. Throughout the book, it avoids being overly broad and maintains a clear structure with a focus on key aspects. It summarizes the basic content of China's legislation after explaining the fundamental concepts, analyzes and evaluates the basic systems of developed countries, and proposes reasonable suggestions for the development and improvement of China's relevant legal systems.
